CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 08/20/10 -- Icehouse, the beer that's Ice Brewed Below Freezing for a never watered-down taste, announced today that model and ESPN sports reporter Jenn Brown will be the new national spokesperson and Icehouse brand ambassador.
Best known for her recent work on Showtime's Inside the NFL and currently as contributor to ESPN's College Football Primetime and College GameDay programs, Brown, an avid sports lover and athlete herself, easily relates to the humorous beer brand that speaks with a refreshing honesty.
"Icehouse doesn't take itself too seriously," said Brown. "It's like a loyal friend who's always having fun and knows that time spent with buddies should never be less than great... and never watered down. And what's better than watching football with an ice-cold Icehouse?"
As the exclusive Icehouse brand ambassador, Brown will serve as the face and voice of the brand appearing in a promotional and advertising capacity through December 2011.

Jenn Brown is an American television personality whose roles include sportscasting, TV hosting, producing, and modeling. Brown currently works for ESPN as a reporter. Her ESPN duties include Los Angeles-based bureau reporting, reporting on College GameDay and co-hosting of ESPNU's Road Trip. Prior to joining ESPN fulltime, Brown was a Showtime sports correspondent for its Emmy Award-winning Inside the NFL, as well as its boxing & mixed martial arts programming (2008-2010). She was co-host of The Super Stars on ABC (2009) and hosted E! Entertainment's E! News Now (2008). Brown has also covered major events like the Sundance Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, the Super Bowl, the Monaco Grand Prix and the World Series of Poker.
