Robin Givens and Leon to Star in Nationally Touring Gospel Stage Play
Ericka Nicole Malone’s “In Love with Tyrone” to Visit Nine Cities This Fall
Cincinnati, OH —July 19, 2012— Stars Robin Givens and Leon may be coming to a theatre near you. This fall, both will star in Ericka Nicole Malone’s “In Love with Tyrone”, set to make a nine-city tour starting in September. Givens will play the role of Danetta, a wife left to pick up the pieces after discovering her husband Tyrone’s affair with her best friend. Leon will star as Sullivan, a dark mobster determined to recover the money Tyrone owes him. A play about a cheater exposed and a schemer’s demise, the plot journeys through pain and bitterness to renewal and redemption as Danetta rediscovers her faith and values.
“Robin and Leon bring a whole new presence to the stage that makes for a gripping performance,” Malone said. “You get lost in their characters as you identify with Danetta’s denial and fear Sullivan’s wrath.”
Givens is best known for television series “Head of the Class” and movies “Boomerang”, “Head of State”, “Blankman” and Tyler Perry’s “The Family that Preys.” Recently, she has had a recurring role on USA Network’s “Burn Notice” and made an appearance in “Tyler Perry’s House of Payne.” On the stage, she has starred as Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of “Chicago” and performed in the off-Broadway version of the “The Vagina Monologues.”
“I knew Robin was the perfect fit for the transformative role that is Danetta,” Malone said. “Her ability to combine vulnerability with strength makes her relatable to women everywhere.”
Leon is best known for “Cool Runnings”, “Cliffhanger”, “Above the Rim”, “The Temptations” and “The Five Heartbeats”. Voted by AOL Black Voices in 2011 as one of the sexiest actors of all time, he also appeared on NBC’s “Crossing Jordan” and was first noticed in Madonna’s music video for “Like a Prayer.”
Opposite both stars is gospel-recording artist Brian Lamont as Tyrone. Initially seen as a debonair businessman, his role is testament that things do not always appear as they seem.

Today’s connected world is moving from devices towards things, what this means is that by using increasingly low cost sensors embedded in devices we can create many new use cases. These span across use cases in cities, vehicles, home, offices, factories, retail environments, worksites, health, logistics, and health. These use cases rely on ubiquitous connectivity and generate massive amounts of data at scale. These technologies enable new business opportunities, ways to optimize and automate, al...

Cloud computing delivers on-demand resources that provide businesses with flexibility and cost-savings. The challenge in moving workloads to the cloud has been the cost and complexity of ensuring the initial and ongoing security and regulatory (PCI, HIPAA, FFIEC) compliance across private and public clouds. Manual security compliance is slow, prone to human error, and represents over 50% of the cost of managing cloud applications. Determining how to automate cloud security compliance is critical...

Manufacturing has widely adopted standardized and automated processes to create designs, build them, and maintain them through their life cycle. However, many modern manufacturing systems go beyond mechanized workflows to introduce empowered workers, flexible collaboration, and rapid iteration. Such behaviors also characterize open source software development and are at the heart of DevOps culture, processes, and tooling.

DevOps has often been described in terms of CAMS: Culture, Automation, Measuring, Sharing. While we’ve seen a lot of focus on the “A” and even on the “M”, there are very few examples of why the “C" is equally important in the DevOps equation. In her session at @DevOps Summit, Lori MacVittie, of F5 Networks, will explore HTTP/1 and HTTP/2 along with Microservices to illustrate why a collaborative culture between Dev, Ops, and the Network is critical to ensuring success.
