DYL.com Rolls Out Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Sync Capability

Marina del Rey, CA, August 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- DYL.com unveils a feature that synchronizes Google and Microsoft Outlook Calendars with the DYL appointment system. Having all your appointments consolidated into one calendar will eliminate time spent cross-referencing multiple calendars to see which time slots are open for appointment.

The appointment calendar is one core feature of the DYL system. Often when prospecting you have to schedule a certain day and time to call the prospect back to complete the sale. With DYL you can easily schedule an appointment with that prospect and DYL will automatically call you back at that time prompting you to call your appointment.

The new sync update is convenient because it saves time and eliminates the extra work of having to schedule the same appointment in more than one system. It takes DYL, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook and makes them work as one. The initial feedback from their clients is that this one’s a game changer.

Once an appointment is scheduled through DYL, users can then send an e-mail invitation to the prospect asking them to confirm the date and time of the scheduled appointment. Other additional options include rescheduling of appointments and resending of invitation e-mails if necessary.

DYL offers a variety of other products for lead management including but not limited to - The Instant Lead Responder and The Campaign Dialer. It’s widely accepted that the person who talks to Internet leads first is most likely to earn the policy. With DYL’s Instant Lead Responder users can rest assured they’ll be first on the phone with their leads. It works by placing an inbound call to the user when a lead submits for a quote request online. By simply picking up the phone and pressing 1 the user places a live outbound call to the lead. The leads are always blown away by the speed to contact and anxious to discuss the quote.

DYL also includes the Campaign Dialer which is ideal for small to medium sized businesses, as well as call centers, that want to achieve a high volume of outbound calls in less time. After uploading an Excel spreadsheet, each user can expect to make over 120 calls an hour without ever having to dial a single number. If a voice-mailbox answers, users can drop pre-recorded voice messages automatically and move onto the next call in the rotation. Full reporting comes with the Campaign Dialer that keeps track of all outbound calls, notes, and employee production.

DYL.com is an Internet company based out of Marina del Rey, California. DYL was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs with extensive knowledge of the lead industry, and has earned a reputation as one of the leading providers of lead management software and business phone solutions. Since their inception, DYL has been working closely with businesses around the country to build solutions that increase books of business, streamline outbound marketing in offices, and boost accountability.
