Missy Godfrey Named CEO Of SocialFlow

APPOINTS LEE JONES, CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

NEW YORK, Oct. 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Frank Speiser, President and Co-founder and chairman of the board for SocialFlow, the industry-leading social media optimization technology company, announced the appointment of Missy Godfrey to the position of CEO.  In this role, Godfrey will capitalize on her vast experience in the advertising and media industry to articulate SocialFlow's vision and value to Fortune 500 companies.  She has spent a career building successful businesses and is recognized as an outstanding leader driving the efforts in start-up expansion initiatives, launches, turn-arounds and corporate growth strategies.

Godfrey's first step in building world class sales and marketing capabilities is the appointment of Lee Jones, a seasoned media executive with expertise in digital, print and mobile industries to the position of Chief Revenue Officer.  Said Godfrey, "Lee has more than 20 years experience in publishing and sales for some of the most well-known media brands in the country. His experience across numerous industries makes him uniquely qualified to communicate SocialFlow's ability to deliver measurable ROI to key decision makers."

Jones was most recently SVP of Advertising for USA TODAY.  Lee's previous experience includes serving as President of Tribune 360, and Publisher of Inc., Fast Company and Entrepreneur magazines. He also served as Senior Vice President, group publisher of Ziff Davis Publishing'. Lee began his career at Hearst Business Publishing, a division of the Hearst Corporation.

Godfrey spent over 20 years building and leading top sales and marketing teams in the media industry holding senior executive positions at Primedia, Worth, Hearst and American Express Publishing.  Prior to joining SocialFlow, Godfrey was a Managing Director at North Sea Partners where she was instrumental in building the firm's merchant banking practice and Executive Alliance of operating executives in affiliation with New Mountain Capital.  Godfrey also advised nascent media and technology companies on strategies and serves on the boards of several innovative firms in the social commerce, mobile gaming and video curation sectors.  In addition, Godfrey serves as a mentor for the ER Accelerator, working with a number of their portfolio companies in New York City.
