Dr. Oz Features "Anti-Aging" Secret on His Show

Recent Dr. Oz Segment Creates Massive Shortages of SeroVital™-hgh from SanMedica International™

NEW YORK, Nov.13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- If you've been trying in vain find to find the anti-aging breakthrough everyone's been talking about, SeroVital-hgh, you can blame Dr. Oz. He's become well known for creating a firestorm of demand for products when he features the research behind them on his show. So when he told viewers about a revolutionary new way to potentially "stave off the aging process" and asked, "How many of you want to start feeling 20 years younger right now?" people everywhere paid attention.

Dr. Oz talked about the significance of human growth hormone, or HGH, calling it "fundamentally important to us staying youthful and vital." However, growth hormone's touted link to reducing wrinkles, boosting energy, increasing lean muscle mass, decreasing body fat, recharging sex drive and making people look and feel decades — not years, but decades — younger wasn't what made this segment so exciting; after all, Dr. Oz had already discussed this on a previous show. This time, Dr. Oz created such a stir because he revealed some groundbreaking new research that shows there's a way for people to increase their growth hormone levels… without expensive prescription injections. He said, "Now there's a new frontier: stimulating your body's production of growth hormones naturally with amino acids."

Dr. Oz referenced a recent study that was revealed at the Obesity Society's prestigious 30th Annual Scientific Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. The results showed that this oral amino acid compound was capable of increasing bioactive, serum (blood) growth hormone levels by a mean of 682% in both men and women across an appropriately wide age range.

This amino acid blend is now being sold under the trade name SeroVital™-hgh from SanMedica International™, and since Dr. Oz touted the studies done on its functional compound not once but twice on his show, sales have been going through the roof.

"It's easy to see what an influence Dr. Oz has on people's health decisions," says Chantelle Daines, Media Consultant for SanMedica. "Although he doesn't endorse any product, his sheer enthusiasm for the research behind SeroVital clearly got people excited. Within days of the show airing we were having trouble keeping SeroVital in stock!"

Of course, some skeptics are saying SeroVital sounds too good to be true. So is there a catch? Well, according to Ms. Daines there are actually three. She says, "First, as with HGH injections, SeroVital-hgh is not a 'magic bullet' but one part of a healthy lifestyle choice including a sensible diet and exercise regimen. And, just like HGH injections, you have to remember to renew your monthly supply.

"Second, you have to take SeroVital-hgh on an empty stomach. That means you either have to take it first thing in the morning and then not eat anything for two hours, or take it at night, at least two hours after your last meal... before you go to bed.

"And last but not least," Ms. Daines continues, "while SeroVital is far less expensive than prescription HGH injections, it's still not cheap… SeroVital will cost you about $100 a month. But is it worth it? To most people, reducing wrinkles, decreasing body fat, increasing lean muscle mass, strengthening bones, boosting mood, while giving you plenty of energy and improving sex drive is a no brainer. However, make no mistake about it, the 'established' medical community would say its benefits are largely anecdotal, with research that's preliminary. But there's no denying that something that has a chance of making you look and feel decades, not years, but DECADES younger, is... at the very least... irresistible."

SeroVital-hgh is currently being sold at Ulta stores throughout the U.S. and will soon be available at Sephora, as well. If it's sold out in stores (it's selling like hot cakes ever since the Dr. Oz segment), try buying it directly from SanMedica at or 1-800-919-9756. We all know that data growth is exploding and storage budgets are shrinking. Instead of showing you charts on about how much data there is, in his General Session at 17th Cloud Expo, Scott Cleland, Senior Director of Product Marketing at HGST, showed how to capture all of your data in one place. After you have your data under control, you can then analyze it in one place, saving time and resources.
As organizations shift towards IT-as-a-service models, the need for managing & protecting data residing across physical, virtual, and now cloud environments grows with it. CommVault can ensure protection & E-Discovery of your data - whether in a private cloud, a Service Provider delivered public cloud, or a hybrid cloud environment – across the heterogeneous enterprise.
The Internet of Things (IoT) is growing rapidly by extending current technologies, products and networks. By 2020, Cisco estimates there will be 50 billion connected devices. Gartner has forecast revenues of over $300 billion, just to IoT suppliers. Now is the time to figure out how you’ll make money – not just create innovative products. With hundreds of new products and companies jumping into the IoT fray every month, there’s no shortage of innovation. Despite this, McKinsey/VisionMobile data...
In recent years, at least 40% of companies using cloud applications have experienced data loss. One of the best prevention against cloud data loss is backing up your cloud data. In his General Session at 17th Cloud Expo, Sam McIntyre, Partner Enablement Specialist at eFolder, presented how organizations can use eFolder Cloudfinder to automate backups of cloud application data. He also demonstrated how easy it is to search and restore cloud application data using Cloudfinder.
Just over a week ago I received a long and loud sustained applause for a presentation I delivered at this year’s Cloud Expo in Santa Clara. I was extremely pleased with the turnout and had some very good conversations with many of the attendees. Over the next few days I had many more meaningful conversations and was not only happy with the results but also learned a few new things. Here is everything I learned in those three days distilled into three short points.
DevOps is about increasing efficiency, but nothing is more inefficient than building the same application twice. However, this is a routine occurrence with enterprise applications that need both a rich desktop web interface and strong mobile support. With recent technological advances from Isomorphic Software and others, rich desktop and tuned mobile experiences can now be created with a single codebase – without compromising functionality, performance or usability. In his session at DevOps Su...
As organizations realize the scope of the Internet of Things, gaining key insights from Big Data, through the use of advanced analytics, becomes crucial. However, IoT also creates the need for petabyte scale storage of data from millions of devices. A new type of Storage is required which seamlessly integrates robust data analytics with massive scale. These storage systems will act as “smart systems” provide in-place analytics that speed discovery and enable businesses to quickly derive meaningf...
In his keynote at @ThingsExpo, Chris Matthieu, Director of IoT Engineering at Citrix and co-founder and CTO of Octoblu, focused on building an IoT platform and company. He provided a behind-the-scenes look at Octoblu’s platform, business, and pivots along the way (including the Citrix acquisition of Octoblu).

Culture is the most important ingredient of DevOps. The challenge for most organizations is defining and communicating a vision of beneficial DevOps culture for their organizations, and then facilitating the changes needed to achieve that. Often this comes down to an ability to provide true leadership. As a CIO, are your direct reports IT managers or are they IT leaders? The hard truth is that many IT managers have risen through the ranks based on their technical skills, not their leadership ab...

Too often with compelling new technologies market participants become overly enamored with that attractiveness of the technology and neglect underlying business drivers. This tendency, what some call the “newest shiny object syndrome” is understandable given that virtually all of us are heavily engaged in technology. But it is also mistaken. Without concrete business cases driving its deployment, IoT, like many other technologies before it, will fade into obscurity.
