The highlighted pesticide policy, namely Regulations on Pesticide Management (Regulation), is disclosed by an official from the Institute for the Control of Agrochemicals, Ministry of Agriculture, and it will be finally released before Dec. 2012. This regulation newly made in the Regulation is considered to be the purpose of Chinese Government to fasten the speed of the integration of domestic pesticide industry. With other new paragraphs in the new Regulation, it is easy observed that the new Regulation has strictly stuck to the general direction of the integration and regulation of domestic pesticide industry in the policy carried out in 2010, namely Pesticide Industry Policy.
