Antebi Footwear Group Inks Deal With Kooba

Kooba steps into new category with footwear leader, creating a contemporary shoe collection encompassing detail, style and function.

NEW YORK, Nov. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Celebrity-adored and editor-coveted accessory brand Kooba has signed a footwear licensing agreement with Antebi Footwear Group (AFG) to launch a signature shoe collection in Fall 2013. The new collection will embrace the Kooba woman, featuring signature styles, attention to detail and distinctive textures that will enable her to express her personal style through contemporary footwear that's as comfort-driven as it is stylish. 

AFG's addition of Kooba to its established brand portfolio, which includes David Tutera Shoe Collection and 2012 LIMA Award nominee Paris Hilton Footwear, further positions Antebi Footwear for growth and leadership in the industry.  Joe Antebi, CEO of Antebi Footwear Group shares, "We've been incredibly strategic in our expansion, looking for the right brands to complement our existing portfolio and drive new opportunities." Designed for today's contemporary woman, Kooba Footwear will complement her individual style while making a statement. The collection will be produced with luxurious Italian hardware, signature draping and clean, modern lines. The line will retail between $195 - $550 and is expected to be available in the same retail channels as Kooba's core collection, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus, as well as online and in select North American boutiques in Fall 2013.
