Frost & Sullivan Affirms Verint as Leader in Asia Pacific Market

Based on its recent analysis of the Asia Pacific contact center market, Frost & Sullivan recognized Verint with the 2012 Best Practices Award for “Asia Pacific Market Share Leadership Award” for call monitoring systems.
