1st American IMTS LLC Wins Prime Award for CIO-SP3 Contract

Team Chosen to Compete Broad Task Areas Under Government-Wide Contract

WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- 1st American IMTS LLC (1AIM), a certified Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) and woman-owned joint venture business, announces that it has received a prime award for the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) prime contract for both Small Business and 8(a) restricted categories. 1AIM is comprised of the following three small businesses: 1st American Systems and Services, LLC (1ASAS), Innovative Management & Technology Services, LLC (IMTS), and One Enterprise Consulting Group (1ECG).

CIO-SP3 is a 10-year, multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $20 billion ceiling. The government-wide contract is managed and administered under the direction of the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The contract vehicle is intended to provide for health, health science, and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.

The 1AIM team was awarded the following task areas: IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare; Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support; Imaging; Outsourcing; IT Operations and Maintenance; Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance; Digital Government; Enterprise Management Systems; and Software Development.

The 1AIM Team will use its healthcare and scientific focus, as well as its IT capabilities to collaborate effectively.
