Concierge Auctions Sells Two Legacy Ranches Today in Popular Luxury Mountain Destination Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Marking the Firm's Seventh Successful Auction and Eleventh Property Sold in the Area

Two parcels within the 780-acre Bar B Bar Ranch attract 477 inquiries and 11 bidders in less than four weeks in cooperation with Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty

JACKSON HOLE, Wyo., Dec. 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury real estate firm Concierge Auctions, which has a successful track record of selling luxury ranch properties and other premier estates nationwide, is pleased to announce that two legacy ranches back-dropped by Jackson Hole's breathtaking Teton Mountain Range sold at a live auction today. Known as Bar B Bar Ranches 9 and 10, the approximately 100-acre properties are part of the total 780-acre ranch and represent two of the few land parcels remaining in Jackson Hole that offer all the key elements required in a legacy property — live water, spectacular mountain views, a plethora of wildlife, open meadows, towering trees, unparalleled privacy and a convenient location. The properties were sold in cooperation with Tom Evans of Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty. Evans and Jill Sassi-Neison, also of Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, represented the buyers.

Concierge Auctions' global marketing campaign generated 4,684 website visitors from all US states (led by California, New York, Florida and Texas) and 87 international countries (led by Canada, the UK, Mexico and Australia). A total of 477 buyer prospects inquired about the properties, and 11 bidders participated in the sale.

"Having worked and lived in the Jackson Hole area for many years, I've seen the demand for luxury real estate continue to grow, due in part to untouched legacy ranch properties like Bar B Bar Ranches 9 and 10. Their privacy, convenience to amenities and sheer beauty attracted a wide range of buyers from across the world, thanks to exposure from the Concierge team," Evans stated. "Working with Concierge was a positive and exciting experience. Identifying 11 bidders in less than a month was no easy feat, but they met and exceeded all expectations, resulting in overall success."

Bar B Bar Ranch 9 features spring-fed creeks and beautiful aspen, fir and cottonwood trees surrounded by gorgeous natural foliage and dramatic Teton Range views. The ranch's over 109 acres includes Snake River frontage and premier privacy. Beautifully timbered with spring fed creeks, Bar B Bar Ranch 10 offers the same stunning views, water, wildlife and natural foliage and is set on over 98 acres.

"Jackson Hole continues to be a strong market for our firm, as we have now conducted seven auctions and sold eleven properties in the area, many for record prices," stated Laura Brady, President of Concierge Auctions. "Following our other recent sale of Paintbrush Ranch, it's clear that Jackson Hole has welcomed our process and that more sellers are realizing that luxury real estate auctions are a proven way to drive the highest market value for unique properties."

As pervasive as cloud technology is -- and as persuasive as the arguments are for using it -- the cloud has its limits. Some companies will always have security concerns about storing data in the cloud and certain high-transaction applications will always be better suited for on-premises storage. Those statements were among the bottom-line takeaways delivered at Cloud Expo this week, a three day, bi-annual event focused on cloud technologies, adoption and associated challenges.

With billions of sensors deployed worldwide, the amount of machine-generated data will soon exceed what our networks can handle. Web Real-Time Communication APIs have quickly revolutionized what browsers are capable of. In addition to video and audio streams, we can now bi-directionally send arbitrary data over WebRTC's PeerConnection Data Channels.
