CRGT Announces Acquisition of Guident Technologies

RESTON, Va., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- CRGT Inc. ("CRGT"), a leading provider of full life-cycle IT services and emerging technology solutions for the Federal Government, and a Veritas Capital portfolio company, today announced that it has acquired Guident Technologies, Inc. ("Guident"). The acquisition continues CRGT's expansion into key technology growth markets, bringing high-end capabilities in the arenas of big data analytics and business intelligence solutions to CRGT's existing portfolio of IT service offerings.  Ramzi Musallam, Managing Partner at Veritas Capital stated, "This is the third acquisition by CRGT in just over two years.
