Knoa Receives TMC’s CUSTOMER Magazine’s 2012 Product of the Year Award

Knoa® Software, the leading provider of user experience and performance management software, today announced that TMC, a global, integrated media company, has named Knoa Experience and Performance Manager (EPM) as a CUSTOMER 2012 Product of the Year Award winner.

Knoa’s award-winning EPM solution goes beyond the performance of networks, hardware and infrastructure – providing a clear view of how users actually interact with the system – screen by screen. It lets IT proactively assess each user's performance, understand how each user navigates the application, and provides an early indication of user inconsistencies before they reach the support desk or worse, the customer. Knoa EPM is successfully implemented globally in key markets including pharmaceutical, wholesale, telecommunications, commercial banking and additional markets. Twenty percent of the Fortune 50 and hundreds of global companies license Knoa EPM software and solutions to optimize business performance and deliver strong return on investment.

“We are thrilled TMC has selected EPM as the Product of the Year and receiving this award helps to support our leadership position in the market,” said Thad Eidman, Chief Executive Officer, Knoa Software. “Knoa is recognized by industry experts as a technology visionary and is poised for continued growth and innovation.”

“Knoa was selected to receive a 2012 Product of the Year Award for its achievement in advancing customer experience management technologies. EPM has demonstrated excellence as well as provided ROI for the companies that use it,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO, TMC.

The 15th Annual Product of the Year Award winners are published in the January/February 2013 issue of CUSTOMER magazine, www.customerzone360.com.
