Dominion CRM will replace two Dominion Dealer Solutions’ legacy products: a server-based CRM and hosted ILM tool.
The Dominion CRM offers internet lead management and comprehensive showroom management, and customers will be able to choose the appropriate product to fit their needs. The new application’s web-hosted design supports both single rooftop dealerships and dealer groups. Our unique, customizable “Road to the Sale” provides a simplified, immediate approach for sales teams to view where customers are in the sales process without reviewing the entire deal history. In addition, Dominion CRM expands the “Save a Deal” process to provide greater sales team accountability and increase the number of saved deals.
The Dominion CRM release will be phased and measured.
