DigitalMR’s eViewer helps improve web usability

DigitalMR is launching eViewer, a brand new application that enables any company with an online presence to observe how customers interact and react to their websites, video clips, online games, mobile apps, advertisements. Advertising agencies, marketing firms, product managers, start-ups, website designers, marketers and SEO professionals can all benefit from this application. Although web usability is not a new concept or product, in the setting of market research it serves to add to the arsenal of tools used for co-creation within private online communities, all of which are solutions offered by DigitalMR.

Web usability is the bedrock of any e-commerce business and DigitalMR's eViewer will aid clients in better understanding how their customers respond to their online digital stimuli. eViewer records the customer's full screen activity as well as their facial expressions, emotions, context and verbal commentary through their webcam providing a whole picture of the user-experience. eViewer enables testing for apps on mobile devices and desktops/laptops alike and can be accessed by almost any client anywhere. The tool can be accessed for free with the option of upgrading to monthly subscriptions, which offers more use across any web assets including social media networking sites and micro sites. Participants can be recruited by the client themselves or DigitalMR can supply target users to match specific demographic requirements both B2B and B2C.

This move is in line with DigitalMR's long-term vision of developing more DIY market research tools.
