Middlemarch Partners, LLC Announces the Launch of Merchant Banking Services for Financial Services Firms

Company's Recent Transaction Demonstrates Industry-Leading Capabilities

NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Middlemarch Partners, LLC today announced the official formation of its merchant banking business focused on providing both investment banking and co-investment growth capital to financial services and technology-enabled business services companies.  The company also announced the December 2012 completion of its most recent investment banking advisory transaction, serving as the exclusive strategic and financial advisor to a leading online consumer finance company.
