TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Softchoice Corporation (TSX: SO) announces that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to the quarterly dividend from CAD$0.07 to CAD$0.09 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2013 to Shareholders of Record at the close of business on March 1, 2013.

"The Board's decision to increase the dividend reiterates our confidence in the Company's financial performance and effective management of our cash."
