La-Z-Boy Incorporated (NYSE: LZB) shares gained 11.45 percent on nearly eight times the average daily volume Wednesday to close at $17.23 a share. The company reported net sales for the fiscal 2013 third quarter increased 10.3 percent year-over-year to $349.1 million.
