Kony Announces Opening of Dedicated EMEA Office and Debuts Enhancements to Mobile CRM Product at Mobile World Congress

Kony Solutions, the leading mobile and multi-channel application platform provider, today announced its official presence in EMEA with an office opening in London and several European customer wins including MoneYou, a Dutch online savings bank with offices in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. In conjunction with Mobile World Congress, Kony also unveiled enhancements to its Mobile CRM product offering, citing the importance of empowering sales teams with fast, secure access to customer information on any mobile device, anywhere, anytime.

With today’s on-the-go workforce increasingly demanding anytime access to their enterprise systems, Kony Mobile CRM allows organizations to put account, lead, opportunity and customer information right into their sales teams’ hands. As these organizations grapple with employee requests to use a variety of devices, Mobile CRM enables a complete BYOD strategy across HTML5, mobile web, hybrids, wrappers and native apps. An online savings bank known for providing customers with simple, efficient ways to maximize their savings accounts, MoneYou has tapped Kony to help the company adapt to rapid advancements in mobile and growing customer demand for enhanced app features and functionality. In an effort to make banking more personal, MoneYou’s updated savings app will launch early in 2013, allowing users to take control of their finances by specifying specific savings goals, along with the ability to upload an image of their chosen savings target (i.e. a car or vacation). Working closely with Kony and Mirabeau, a Netherlands based web agency, MoneYou aims to make savings via mobile an integral part of customers’ everyday lives, offering a consistent user experience regardless of device or channel. In addition to its work with Kony, MoneYou turned to Mirabeau for the design and development of its website and mobile apps to seamlessly integrate mobile as a part of its overall online strategy.
