B.P. Oil Spill Settlement Funding Program To Focus On New Orleans Business Owners

- Legal-Bay announces that their B.P. Claim funding program to target businesses in New Orleans, with aggressive marketing program to be launched starting in March.

NEW ORLEANS, March 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, announced today that they have begun an aggressive marketing programmed geared to the businesses of New Orleans, Louisiana who have been damaged by the B.P. Oil Spill.  New Orleans' business community is made up of 98% of small businesses, some of which Legal-Bay says need funding to survive.  Legal-Bay has been in touch with many business people in New Orleans who are struggling to stay in business while they wait for their settlement checks from the B.P. Oil Spill.  And it is Legal-Bay's goal to try and assist as many individuals and businesses as possible.

Recently, Legal-Bay announced that they have secured up to $10MM to assist B.P. Oil spill plaintiffs with immediate funding, prior to ever getting their settlement check.  Chris Janish, CEO of Legal-Bay, commented on the company's focus on New Orleans, "We have begun spreading the word to the New Orleans business market that we are here to help any businesses that need funding today for operations and are waiting for their B.P. settlement check.  Our commitment to this region which has been hit hard by both Katrina and B.P. is by spending large dollars to market our products to businesses in New Orleans, and more importantly by funding large amounts to these businesses that simply can't wait any longer."

B.P. has agreed to pay close to $7Bil in economic claims for the spill for individuals and businesses, however "when" the amounts will be paid is still in question.  With over 100K claims in the claim center and more and more cases filing every day, the payment process is expected to drag on for years.

"With each passing month that businesses don't receive their B.P. Settlement check, our applications for B.P. claim funding continue to rise.  Many of our clients did not even know these type of services exist, so it has been our goal to advertise throughout the local business areas of New Orleans and all of the five states economically hit by the B.P. Spill," said Patty Kirby, Head of Client Relations at Legal-Bay.

Legal-Bay is funding the five states announced in the B.P. settlement which include:  Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida; as well as all four B.P. Zones: A, B, C, and D.  Legal-Bay is pre-approving any claims in Zone A, which includes most of New Orleans and all of Key West, FL.

If you have a B.P. Settlement claim and need cash today, you can apply for a lawsuit cash advance through Legal-Bay Lawsuit Settlement funding.  Legal-Bay will offer you a free quote, and 48 hour approval process.  Best of all to many of the businesses owners, not one single payment needs to be made until you actually receive your final award.  (If you have not filed a B.P. claim yet, Legal-Bay urges all business owners in New Orleans to do so immediately – as all New Orleans businesses are automatically qualified.)

For Business owners and individuals that already have a filed claim, you may apply for $5K to $1MM for a B.P. Claim Funding by going to: or by calling toll free at: 877.571.0405 where "live" B.P. funding agents can answer all of your questions.

Culture is the most important ingredient of DevOps. The challenge for most organizations is defining and communicating a vision of beneficial DevOps culture for their organizations, and then facilitating the changes needed to achieve that.
