Booz & Company Closes Acquisition of Management Engineers

LONDON, April 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Combined Firm Offers Clients Unrivaled Operations Expertise and Industry Experience

Global management consultancy Booz & Company announced today the closing of its acquisition of international consulting firm Management Engineers. The transaction was announced in February, subject to the approval of Booz & Company's partners.
