FOMC Statement Great News For Homebuyers and Current Mortgage Borrowers: Blue Loan Services Reviews The Benefits

SAN DIEGO, June 21, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Blue Loan Services is a full service mortgage company that helps California borrowers to find the best refinance rates and the lowest mortgage prices available. The team of mortgage experts at the company, headed by Senior Loan Officer Brandon Blue, offer a number of different loan services and specialize in home purchase loans and refinancing. These services have been in high demand since mortgage interest rates dropped, reaching record lows at the end of last year. A recent statement by the Federal Open Market Committee, or FOMC, which announced that the Federal Reserve policymakers led by Chairman Ben Bernanke will be keeping short-term interest rates at record lows while maintaining $85 billion in monthly asset purchases, means that these services (home loans and refinancing) will continue to be much needed at this time.

The FOMC statement, released this June 19th, explains that the reason that the Central Bank has decided to keep their foot on the economic accelerator, despite evidence that economic activity "has been expanding at a moderate pace," is primarily because unemployment rates have not yet dropped to a low enough percentage to ensure that economic growth would continue without the program in place. The statement says, "Consistent with its statutory mandate, the Committee seeks to foster maximum employment and price stability. The Committee expects that, with appropriate policy accommodation, economic growth will proceed at a moderate pace and the unemployment rate will gradually decline toward levels the Committee judges consistent with its dual mandate."

While this may not be great news for some investors and savers, since continued low interest rates mean less return on their investments, it is a huge boon for home buyers and those who wish to refinance. Blue Loan Services can help California home buyers and owners to take advantage of these continued low mortgage rates by providing access to dozens of the best lenders, the lowest wholesale rates and the fastest online loan processing available in California. Many California homeowners have already benefited from the easy to use Fast Rate Quote tool available on the website which allows visitors to the site to quickly find and apply for the best home loan options for their situation.

A review of the company from a client living in Carmel Valley, California, who recently closed a home refinance with the company, says: "From the very start of my loan process Brandon Blue was very professional and personable. He answered my phone calls and e-mails either immediately or as soon as my information was available. The entire process was seamless and efficient including the appraisal and all other individuals involved. I was able to re-fi my home mortgage and reduce my rate from 5.375% to 3.75% - A $703 a month interest savings and $200K savings over 10 years! The entire process from date of "lock" to loan funding took less than 30 days. If you want your loan to be completed professionally and in a timely manner I highly recommend Brandon Blue of Blue Home Loans and his Team!"

IT data is typically silo'd by the various tools in place. Unifying all the log, metric and event data in one analytics platform stops finger pointing and provides the end-to-end correlation. Logs, metrics and custom event data can be joined to tell the holistic story of your software and operations. For example, users can correlate code deploys to system performance to application error codes. In his session at DevOps Summit, Michael Demmer, VP of Engineering at Jut, will discuss how this can...
The last decade was about virtual machines, but the next one is about containers. Containers enable a service to run on any host at any time.
