Ever since Soave purchased his first crane forty years ago, Soave Enterprises has bought and sold a lot of equipment to perform an ever-changing variety of jobs.  The leadership team at Soave Enterprises will admit there were many times with they tried to feel out Soave to determine whether he really wanted a certain piece of equipment.  He has been known to agree to sell something, but really struggle with letting go.  As a general rule, Anthony Soave does not like to sell things that he still sees value in, a quality he prides himself on.  Whether it is people or equipment, Soave has a knack for identifying potential and value.  Soave explains that the reason he does not like to sell equipment is that when you sell something, you acknowledge to the buyer that it still has value and could be put to good use – why would you want to let go of that potential?

This ideal has helped him forge into new successful ventures with Soave Enterprises.  Soave looks at opportunities to expand into new territory while also making sure he does not leave behind any work worth salvaging.  He has a talent for making something out of nothing, and for finding use in items others are willing to discard – whether it be equipment or whole companies.  After all, Soave is a builder at heart, and if he can make something stronger or better, you bet he will.
