Timothy D. Treloar Named Vice President of Operations by California Water Service Group

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/13 -- California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) today announced the selection of Timothy D. Treloar as Vice President of Operations, effective August 1, 2013.

Previously, Treloar served as Director of Water Quality for Group's largest subsidiary, California Water Service Company (Cal Water), a position he assumed in January 2013. Since joining the company in 1994, he has served as General Superintendent, Assistant District Manager, and District Manager in the company's Bakersfield District.

"Tim distinguished himself as manager of one of our largest service areas, and has both the water quality and operations expertise to be a real asset to our officer team," said Peter C. Nelson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Treloar earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology at California State University, Fresno, and he holds the most advanced certification available from the state of California in both water treatment and water distribution.
