Pinnacle Financial Group Hires Deferred Compensation Veteran, David Hauptman, to Lead Executive Benefits Practice

SOUTHBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwired - August 15, 2013) - Pinnacle Financial Group, a leading HR solutions consulting firm, announced today that David Hauptman has joined the firm as a partner and Managing Director of its Executive Benefits practice. Mr. Hauptman will focus on structuring and implementing strategic executive benefits plans that help companies attract and retain the best talent in their industries while also addressing retirement income challenges such as bridging the retirement income gap for executives. 

Mr. Hauptman brings over 20 years of executive benefits experience to Pinnacle, including a passion to educate clients fully about non-qualified deferred compensation opportunities and ensuring programs are delivered with a high degree of communication, strong program engagement and plan participation.

Mr. Hauptman holds degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Boston University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Registered Representative of M Holdings Securities Inc.
