Mr. Hauptman will focus on structuring and implementing strategic executive benefits plans that help companies attract and retain the best talent in their industries while also addressing retirement income challenges such as bridging the retirement income gap for executives.
Mr. Hauptman brings over 20 years of executive benefits experience to Pinnacle, including a passion to educate clients fully about non-qualified deferred compensation opportunities and ensuring programs are delivered with a high degree of communication, strong program engagement and plan participation.

Most recently, Mr. Hauptman was Senior Vice President at MullinTBG where he helped some of the country's top public and private companies construct, implement and oversee their executive benefits programs. Prior to MullinTBG, David was an actuary with Milliman where he partnered with clients on life and health actuarial initiatives.
Mr. Hauptman holds degrees in both Mathematics and Economics from Boston University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Registered Representative of M Holdings Securities Inc.
