Paragon Healthcare Group and Brookshire Residence and Rehabilitation Center have built a reputation on their philosophy of treating patients with dignity. Plans are being implemented to upgrade Brookshire's memory care unit, short-term rehab program, and training for staff based on the needs of the community and feedback from local physicians, family, and staff.

In addition, Paragon Healthcare Group will continue to emphasize the importance of the nurses and aides who work at Brookshire Residence and Rehabilitation Center. "We recognize that our residents benefit from the experience, teamwork, and knowledge of the exceptional nurses and aides at Brookshire," said Jeff Deutsch, VP of Marketing & Hospitality at Paragon. "That is why our top priority is to empower and support them in every way possible, including offering opportunities for career advancement within the company."

Healthcare improvements include hiring a new regional clinical director who is bringing more training for complex care cases such as respiratory and tracheostomy care. Paragon Healthcare Group is also introducing a new high-tech therapy program and renovating the short term rehab wing.

Paragon Healthcare Group also plans to introduce more amenities for patients such as expanded dining menus with home-cooked meals as well as Wi-Fi access. There will also be upgrades to the aesthetics of the facility with renovations to patient rooms and common areas to create a pleasant and welcoming environment.

Another important focus for the company is to renew and improve relationships with local vendors and businesses in the community.

While DevOps most critically and famously fosters collaboration, communication, and integration through cultural change, culture is more of an output than an input. Microservices are a very exciting architectural approach that many organizations are looking to as a way to accelerate innovation. Microservices promise to allow teams to move away from monolithic "ball of mud" systems, but the reality is that, in the vast majority of organizations, different projects and technologies will continue to be developed at different speeds. How to handle the dependencies between these disparate systems with different iteration cycles? Consider the "canoncial problem" ...

Virtualization over the past years has become a key strategy for IT to acquire multi-tenancy, increase utilization, develop elasticity and improve security.
