Potbelly Corporation Research Report

On October 9, 2013, Potbelly Corporation (Potbelly) reported the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of c.8.6 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, including c. 1.1 million shares of common stock issued upon the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares.
