WidePoint Subsidiary iSYS Awarded $600 Million Blanket Purchase Agreement by the Department of Homeland Security

iSYS is the Single Awardee for the Cellular Wireless Managed Services Program Multi-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement

WASHINGTON, Dec. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- WidePoint Corporation (NYSE Mkt: WYY), a leading provider of secured, cloud-based, enterprise-wide solutions and services for telecommunications life-cycle and cyber security management, announced today that the Department of Homeland Security has selected WidePoint's wholly owned subsidiary, iSYS LLC (iSYS), as the single awardee for its Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cellular Wireless Managed Services. The Cellular Wireless Managed Services program includes DHS and all DHS components: DHS Headquarters (DHS HQ), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Secret Service (USSS), and Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The BPA period of performance is for a base period of one year and four optional ordering periods. The BPA ceiling is $600 million.
