Helios Funds' Monthly Dividend Declaration

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- (Marketwired) -- 01/03/14 -- Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HAV), Helios High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HIH), Helios High Yield Fund (NYSE: HHY), Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HMH) and Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: HSA) (each, a "Fund," and collectively, the "Funds") today announced that their Boards of Directors/Trustees declared their monthly dividends.

Helios Advantage Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0725 per share, payable on January 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.06 on January 2, 2014, the Fund's annualized distribution yield was 9.60%.

Helios High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.065 per share, payable on January 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014. Based on the NYSE closing price of $8.23 on January 2, 2014, the Fund's annualized distribution yield was 9.48%.

Helios High Yield Fund declared a monthly dividend of $0.075 per share, payable on January 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014. Based on the NYSE closing price of $9.68 on January 2, 2014, the Fund's annualized distribution yield was 9.30%.

Helios Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.0525 per share, payable on January 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.02 on January 2, 2014, the Fund's annualized distribution yield was 10.47%.

Helios Strategic Income Fund, Inc. declared a monthly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on January 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on January 16, 2014. The ex-dividend date is January 14, 2014. Based on the NYSE closing price of $6.62 on January 2, 2014, the Fund's annualized distribution yield was 9.06%.

Shares purchased on or after the ex-dividend date will not receive the dividend discussed above. Please contact your financial advisor with any questions.
