Anderson will be directly responsible for all technology initiatives within the company, ensuring that Planet Fitness has the best infrastructure, information systems and technology partnerships to drive the brand's strategic, aggressive growth.
Prior to joining Planet Fitness, Anderson established a Marketing and Business Development company, Dartmouth Data Ventures, and worked with clients including Planet Fitness, Radianse, Anseri Corporation, and several early stage technology start-ups. Prior to Dartmouth Data, Anderson was the Chief Information Officer for the State of New Hampshire, and was responsible for leading the conception, development, and implementation of the Office of Information Technology, an IT organization created to drive efficiency across all State agencies. His broad experience also includes several strategic positions at leading technology companies including Avaya, Bradford Networks, and Cabletron System. In his previous roles, Anderson was influential in launching new technology-based hardware and software products, and was also involved in defining growth strategies and leading large-scale customer support organizations.
