Equiinet and Ubiquita Announce Merger to Form Global Enterprise

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Equiinet and Ubiquita announce a merger of the two companies today.  Effective immediately, the consolidated entity will take the Equiinet name. The newly combined Equiinet will continue to provide VoIP, unified threat management, connectivity failover, URL filtering, caching and feature-rich communication services to the business and education communities in North America and Europe.

Equiinet's International headquarters will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada with the UK headquarters continuing to operate from Swindon.
