ROTH Capital Initiates Research Coverage on Ener-Core, Inc. with a BUY Rating

(OTCQB: ENCR; "Ener-Core" or the "Company"), whose proprietary Gradual Oxidation technology and equipment generates clean electric power from low quality and waste gases, today announced that ROTH Capital Partners, LLC ("ROTH Capital") initiated equity research coverage on the Company with a "Buy" recommendation and a 12-month price target of $2.50 per share.
