Fannie Mae Prices $976.5 Million Multifamily DUS REMIC (FNA 2014-M1) Under Its Fannie Mae GeMS™ Program

WASHINGTON, Jan. 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Fannie Mae (OTC Bulletin Board: FNMA) priced its first Multifamily DUS® REMIC in 2014 totaling $976.5 million under its Fannie Mae Guaranteed Multifamily Structures (Fannie Mae GeMS) program on January 9, 2014.
