AMERICAN FORK, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 01/10/14 -- In a move that will solidify BidSync's industry leadership, growth and innovation, the company has promoted Fred Tillman to CIO. BidSync (www.bidsync.com), a leading provider of cloud-based, end-to-end procurement and bid notification services made the move to acknowledge the contribution and leadership that Tillman has brought to the company.
Tillman joined BidSync more than three years ago as Vice President of Research and Development. He was charged with guiding product definition, strategy and development as well as overseeing the company's IT infrastructure. He has been instrumental in bringing several of the company's innovative eProcurement solutions to market and has led his team to excellence in creating and implementing BidSync's roadmap.
