American Housing Ventures Announces "Live Right;" Redefines Rental Living Lifestyle

New Communities Offer Single-Family, Energy-Efficient Homes With Luxury Amenities and On-Site Services

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/13/14 -- American Housing Ventures (AHV) today unveiled LIVE RIGHTsm, a new concept in rental living that combines the benefits of a single-family home with the luxurious amenities and social benefits typically associated with high-end apartment communities. LIVE RIGHT communities feature high-quality, energy-efficient single-family homes and all the first-class services of a traditional Class "A" multifamily property.

"LIVE RIGHT is designed to provide residents with the best of both worlds -- the ability to live in a brand new, spacious single-family detached home and the opportunity to enjoy the plush amenities, hassle-free maintenance and community perks typically associated with living in a luxury apartment community," said Mark Wolf, CEO of American Housing Ventures. "People no longer have to worry about saving for an expensive down payment in order to live the American Dream. We are offering a slice of Americana without the long-term commitment or expensive homeownership costs for similar rents as apartments."

AHV is currently developing 1,000 homes in San Antonio and Austin, Texas. A third community is being finalized, and the company has plans for expansion in primary markets across the Sun Belt.

Energy-Efficient Homes in Amenity- Rich Communities Maintained by Professional Staff

Residents will enjoy energy-efficient, single-family detached homes that offer privacy (no common walls), two-car garages, front and back yards and large square footage in a community with first-class amenities such as a clubhouse, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, children's playground, dog park, walking trails and plenty of open/green space.

Each home will come standard with high-end features such as granite kitchen countertops, designer-selected flooring and European full-access cabinetry -- all of which are normally considered upgrades. In addition, each home will incorporate many energy-efficient features that drive down monthly energy bills, such as tankless water heaters, LED lighting, radiant barrier roof sheathing, cased dual-pane, low-e windows and high SEER rated central heating and air conditioning units, along with new ENERGY STAR® appliances.

"Our value proposition to prospective residents is simple: why rent a cramped apartment with people below or above you, when you can rent your own home with first-class amenities at similar rental rates?" said Spencer Rinker, partner at American Housing Ventures. "In addition to a better lifestyle, residents will benefit economically from the cost savings which result from the extensive green-features built into every home."

LIVE RIGHT offers residents the opportunity to live the "American Dream," but without the long-term commitment or expensive costs typically associated with homeownership. To ensure a first-rate living environment, every LIVE RIGHT community will be fully managed and operated by an on-site staff including maintenance support and quality control professionals.
