QuantumClean® and ChemTrace® to exhibit at SEMICON Korea 2014

QUAKERTOWN, Pa., Jan. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- QuantumClean® and ChemTrace® today announced that they will be exhibiting at the SEMICON Korea tradeshow, held at the Coex in Seoul, South Korea from February 12th through February 14th, 2014.

SEMICON Korea highlights the companies, technologies and people driving the future of micro and nanoelectronics design and manufacturing.  QuantumClean® and ChemTrace® will be located in Hall A, at booth numbers 2229 and 2230 respectively.

QuantumClean® and ChemTrace® have successfully introduced the technologies required to effectively clean and analyze semiconductor process parts at 22 nm nodes for its leading-edge wafer fab, OEM and OPM customers.  The company's R&D groups are currently developing the technologies required to meet cleaning, coating and analytical requirements at 14 nm, 10nm and beyond.  The companies are also leading the field in 450mm cleaning, coating and analytical development.
