WIND Telecomunicazioni S.p.A Calls in ClickSoftware to Provide Premier Service

Italian telecoms operator implements advanced scheduling and mobility technology to ramp up workforce during a period of growth

BURLINGTON, Massachusetts, January 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NasdaqGS: CKSW), the leading provider of mobile workforce management (WFM) solutions  for the service industry, today announced that WIND Telecomunicazioni S.p.A, one of the largest mobile telecom operators in Italy, has selected ClickSoftware's solutions to replace its current WFM platform.

The new WFM solution will enable WIND to take advantage of assisted scheduling for more efficient operations, as well as cementing its position as the leader in quality of service for customers. Ericsson has been selected as the systems integrator to deploy the ClickSoftware solution.
