WeTheAdorned will serve as a powerful e-commerce solution for many retail-oriented jewelry designers, as WeTheAdorned aims to provide designers a spotlight channel for their brand, where each week, a different designer is individually showcased and featured.  A-list jewelry designers T.Cyia, Erickson Beamon, Pamela Love, Fenton, Dannijo, Paige Novick, Lizzie Fortunato and Lulu Frost are just a few of the initial WeTheAdorned designer partners.

As a membership-based platform, both general and premium memberships are currently being offered. Free to sign-up, general members can access jewelry that non-members can't while Premium members, for a one-time annual fee, have first-look access to both exclusive jewelry and exclusive price points.  Every piece sold will be exclusive to WeTheAdorned, numbered, never to be sold again, and for Premium members, at price points unavailable anywhere else.

"The premise of WeTheAdorned is to do away with the typical discount model and provide consumers with something they really want: an in-season, luxurious shopping experience for exclusive jewelry made by designers they know, trust and love," says Tim McElwee, WeTheAdorned Co-Founder.

Consumers can expect to find both high-quality costume jewelry (semi-precious stones and metals) and costume jewelry with fine-jewelry elements (e.g. diamonds, gold), depending on the designer of the week. All designer jewelry offered on WeTheAdorned will be made to the exact specifications and quality as typically offered by each designer. "No compromises will be made on quality or the designers' brand integrity – ever", says McElwee, "Much like an auction house for collectors' items, these designer pieces will go quickly."

More and more brands have jumped on the IoT bandwagon. We have an excess of wearables – activity trackers, smartwatches, smart glasses and sneakers, and more that track seemingly endless datapoints. However, most consumers have no idea what “IoT” means. Creating more wearables that track data shouldn't be the aim of brands; delivering meaningful, tangible relevance to their users should be.
