ACT360 Solutions Announces Student Recruiting Expansion with Sprott Shaw College

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/16/14 -- ACT360 Solutions Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AKM), a provider of Internet-based testing and international marketing programs for higher education, announced a student recruiting agreement with Sprott Shaw College, a subsidiary of CIBT Education Group Inc. (TSX:MBA)(OTCQX:MBAIF).

ACT360 Solutions will use its proprietary TestDEN.com platform and leverage its user base of 2.4 million international students across 100 countries to:


--  Promote Sprott Shaw College vocational programs; 
--  Qualify interested students to ensure they meet minimum enrollment
    requirements; 
--  Guide students through the college application process.

Sprott Shaw College will compensate ACT360 Solutions for its recruiting services based on the number of initial inquiries, qualified prospects, and enrollments achieved each month.

According to Vincent Wong, CEO of ACT360 Solutions, "After working together on a trial basis in 2013, we are pleased to be moving into the rapid-growth phase of our relationship with Sprott Shaw College. A number of our students are seeking high quality, affordable programs combined with Canadian work experience in attractive locations."

Founded in 1903, Sprott Shaw College offers more than 100 programs in business, tourism, and healthcare at its 13 campuses in British Columbia. A number of programs available to international students involve Canadian work experience via practicum, co-op education, or clinical placement.
