Each property went under contract in cooperation with Synergy Sotheby's International Realty

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- New York City-based Concierge Auctions is pleased to announce the pending sales of three luxury Vegas estates: The Tom Ford Ranch, Penthouse 55302 at the Palms Casino Resort, and The Palms Estate on Pecos. After generating global interest and an impressive auction day turnout, the properties went under contract to the highest bidders in cooperation with Dale Thornburg of Synergy Sotheby's International Realty.

"Pulling off three luxury auctions in one evening is an extensive task, but Concierge Auctions put forth an impressive team of skilled individuals to make it happen," stated Thornburg. "The entire team was wonderful to work with, and they did absolutely everything possible to make these auctions a success."

Concierge Auctions' global marketing campaign generated over 11,000 website visits from all US states (led by California, Texas, Florida, Illinois and Nevada) and 113 international countries (led by Canada, the UK, Australia, France and Germany). Over 950 people visited the properties combined, and 11 bidders participated in the sale.

Originally designed and constructed by Tom Ford, owner of Ford Contracting who built famed Vegas sites such as the Luxor, Caesar's Palace, and the Venetian, the 11-acre Tom Ford Ranch offers countless luxury amenities. The property includes five legal parcels, a 9,000-square foot main residence, a guest house, trainer home, staff home, and world-class equestrian facilities.

The swanky Penthouse 55302 at the Palms Casino Resort offers 3,905 square feet with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a wrap-around deck, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls and a signature clear view spa with full views of the Strip — all only an elevator away from the casino and some of the most exclusive VIP events in town.

The Palms Estate on Pecos, located at 6990 S Pecos Road, is a sprawling, gated compound with over five perfectly landscaped acres blanketed by towering palm trees. The home is complete with 7 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a pool and spa, and an impressive car museum.

"The Concierge Auctions team had all hands on deck from day one," stated seller John Munson. "They did a great job getting a number of interested bidders out to the properties."

"It was thrilling to work with such a dedicated seller who understood the power of our auction method to achieve the highest prices possible within his timeline," stated Laura Brady, Managing Director of Concierge Auctions. "Mr. Munson initially hired us to sell two properties, but after experiencing our work, he decided to add a third. Ultimately, we accomplished his goal by exposing the properties worldwide and monetizing all three at once. It was an exciting event and a great start to 2014."

Concierge Auctions has upcoming luxury property auctions scheduled in Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Wakaya Island, Fiji, Malibu, CA and Santa Monica, CA, and many more are already planned for the winter and spring. DevOps is under attack because developers don’t want to mess with infrastructure. They will happily own their code into production, but want to use platforms instead of raw automation. That’s changing the landscape that we understand as DevOps with both architecture concepts (CloudNative) and process redefinition (SRE). Rob Hirschfeld’s recent work in Kubernetes operations has led to the conclusion that containers and related platforms have changed the way we should be thinking about DevOps and...

The next XaaS is CICDaaS. Why? Because CICD saves developers a huge amount of time. CD is an especially great option for projects that require multiple and frequent contributions to be integrated. The only way to get CICD to work in a highly secure environment takes collaboration, patience and persistence. Building CICD in the cloud requires rigorous ar...
Companies are harnessing data in ways we once associated with science fiction. Analysts have access to a plethora of visualization and reporting tools, but considering the vast amount of data businesses collect and limitations of CPUs, end users are forced to design their structures and systems with limitations. Until now. As the cloud toolkit to analyze data has evolved, GPUs have stepped in to massively parallel SQL, visualization and machine learning.

To get the most out of their data, successful companies are not focusing on queries and data lakes, they are actively integrating analytics into their operations with a data-first application development approach. Large industrial manufacturing organizations are adopting the agile principles of cloud software companies. The industrial manufacturing development process has not scaled over time. Enterprises are adopting Kubernetes to accelerate the development and the delivery of cloud-native applications. However, sharing a Kubernetes cluster between members of the same team can be challenging. And, sharing clusters across multiple teams is even harder. As a result, it’s becoming common for enterprises to end up with several clusters. Thi...
