GENEVA, SWITZERLAND -- (Marketwired) -- 01/22/14 -- Etrion Corporation ("Etrion" or the "Company") (TSX:ETX)(OMX:ETX), a solar independent power producer, announces the approval and publication of a listing prospectus in connection with its private placement announced on January 17, 2014.
The prospectus was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) on January 21, 2014. The prospectus is available on Etrion's website (www.etrion.com) and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website (www.fi.se). Etrion Corporation is an independent power producer ("IPP") that builds, owns and operates utility-scale solar power generation plants. Etrion owns 17 solar power plants in Italy with approximately 60 MW of installed capacity.
