1-800-Recycling.com Launches Site and System Enhancements

1-800-Recycling.com, an interactive system dedicated to enhancing and democratizing the consumer recycling experience has announced the launch of a number of new enhancements. The system, available as downloadable app, interactive website and 24-hour phone service, provides its users everywhere in the United States with a dedicated tool to find recycling locations nearest to them (every zip code in the country is covered) for whatever it is they wish to recycle.

Among the enhancements are some innovative new capabilities and features for the 1-800-Recycling phone system, including a new text messaging feature for recycling information, geographic locating of the caller to offer regionally customized results, new voice-controlled prompts and the capability to send the user directions directly to a mobile device.

New enhancements to the look and feel of the website component include an easier-to-navigate, user-friendly new design platform. 1-800-Recycling.com has always featured regularly refreshed green-related news stories and information. The new platform enables quick scanning capabilities for the user to select topics of interest.
