As Vice President of Developer Solutions, Yara De Abreu leads the division by offering clients a wide-range of services from pre-construction sales and repositioning to long-term sales and marketing management services. Utilizing her extensive network that includes prominent developers and professionals in both the real estate and hospitality arenas, coupled with her expertise in various markets, De Abreu is quickly attracting big-name clients to Opulence International Realty. With twenty years of experience, De Abreu previously worked with The Portofino Group at several of their developments including the Portofino Tower. She later established her own company, YDA Enterprises, where clients -- developers and product investors alike -- were provided with an array of real estate or investment services such as analysis, financial assessment, sales capabilities and a network of relationships. Throughout her career, De Abreu has brought her talents to cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, Austin, San Antonio, Manhattan and Miami.
