Best’s Review Magazine Recognizes Plymouth Rock Assurance’s Agent Quote Marketplace as a Leading Insurance Innovation

Underscoring its commitment to technology innovation, Plymouth Rock Assurance today announced that it has been featured in Best’s Review Magazine for developing and offering one of the most groundbreaking insurance solutions brought to market in 2013. Specifically, Plymouth Rock is being recognized for its Agent Quote Marketplace, a patent-pending application that connects Massachusetts drivers in the market for auto insurance with authorized independent agents who can offer quotes from multiple insurance providers. Plymouth Rock’s unique, creative approach to problem solving is featured in the publication’s January 2014 edition as part of the Innovation Showcase.

Plymouth Rock designed the Agent Quote Marketplace to help connect independent insurance agents with customers who are actively shopping for auto insurance and have expressed interest in receiving quotes from several insurance carriers. A panel of insurance industry experts assessed the relative merits of submissions from more than 40 companies based in countries spanning North America, Europe and Asia for the 2014 Showcase.
