Amphenol Corporation Announces Pricing of $750 Million of Senior Notes

Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) announced today the pricing of its offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2019 (the “Notes”). The Notes will have an interest rate of 2.55 % per annum and are being issued at a price equal to 99.846% of their face value. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on January 30, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use all of the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility.

Barclays Capital Inc. c/o Broadridge Financial Solutions, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

The Notes are being offered pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A prospectus supplement and accompanying prospectus describing the terms of this offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
