Make Rain from Existing Webinars with Guidearama

webinarWe don’t like to admit it but we all have them. You know…that collection of webinars on our hard drive that sit around and do nothing but collect electronic dust. Do not give up on those content assets so quickly. Just because a webinar may be six months old doesn’t mean that it is useless.  Many topics that interest our customers can stand the test of time and have a rather long shelf life.  So let’s put them to good use to engage with website visitors and our social followers to improve our email marketing lists and eventually turn more visitors into customers.

With Guidearama you don’t need your IT teams approval or assistance to put your webinars to good use. Simply gather up a half dozen or so of those webinars and put them back to work today.  Guidearama takes away the pain of figuring out how to create and manage a lead generating webinar listing.  Here is what you get when you use Guidearama to bring your webinars back to life…

Automagically get a mini-site for your webinar listing

Guidearama creates a stand alone website page just for your content (live, ready to share).  You can add a logo or keep it bare bones, its all up to you. You can also assign a custom web address or use a <name>.guidearama.com link.  The Guidearama online wizard will walk you through the steps to add each webinar to your listing.  Follow the prompts, paste in the embed code from YouTube, Vimeo or wherever you host your videos, fill in the descriptions and click “publish” to bring your Webinar directory to life.  There are some options that you can select for the mini-site (aka content catalog, listing page, webinar playlist, etc) including a few different “looks”.

Landing Pages at the Ready

Once you have published a webinar as a listing on Guidearama you get an auto-generated landing page that will provide more detail about your webinar and encourage the website visitor to take the next step.  No more programming landing pages or messing around with drag and drop editors.  Simply publish and go with Guidearama.

Optional Lead Capture

You can choose to freely give away access to individual webinars or you can require that the visitor provides their contact information (leads baby).   When turned on, by default Guidearama will ask for email address along with first and last name.  You can add more fields if you want to collect additional data.  Guidearama can send you a notification every time a new lead is added or you can log into our application at anytime to download a lead file ready to upload into Salesforce, SugarCRM or any other place you track customer information.  We also have a pre-built integration with MailChimp that will automatically send every new lead into your email marketing list (yeah that’s instant drip marketing).

You’ll also get statistics on which webinars are driving the most leads, the most views and the most return visitors.   So why not take advantage of those webinars that you already have? Give Guiderama a try by adding one of your Webinar listings to a free trial.

DevOps is under attack because developers don’t want to mess with infrastructure. They will happily own their code into production, but want to use platforms instead of raw automation. That’s changing the landscape that we understand as DevOps with both architecture concepts (CloudNative) and process redefinition (SRE). Rob Hirschfeld’s recent work in Kubernetes operations has led to the conclusion that containers and related platforms have changed the way we should be thinking about DevOps and...
The Internet of Things will challenge the status quo of how IT and development organizations operate. Or will it? In his session at @ThingsExpo, Craig Sproule, CEO of Metavine, demonstrated how to move beyond today's coding paradigm and shared the must-have mindsets for removing complexity from the develop...

The next XaaS is CICDaaS. Why? Because CICD saves developers a huge amount of time. CD is an especially great option for projects that require multiple and frequent contributions to be integrated. But… securing CICD best practices is an emerging, essential, yet little understood practice for DevOps teams and their Cloud Service Providers. The only way to get CICD to work in a highly secure environment takes collaboration, patience and persistence. Building CICD in the cloud requires rigorous ar...
Companies are harnessing data in ways we once associated with science fiction. Analysts have access to a plethora of visualization and reporting tools, but considering the vast amount of data businesses collect and limitations of CPUs, end users are forced to design their structures and systems with limitations. Until now. As the cloud toolkit to analyze data has evolved, GPUs have stepped in to massively parallel SQL, visualization and machine learning.
"Evatronix provides design services to companies that need to integrate the IoT technology in their products but they don't necessarily have the expertise, knowledge and design team to do so," explained Adam Morawiec, VP of Business Development at Evatronix, in this SYS-CON.tv interview at @ThingsExpo, held Oct 31 – Nov 2, 2017, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
To get the most out of their data, successful companies are not focusing on queries and data lakes, they are actively integrating analytics into their operations with a data-first application development approach. Real-time adjustments to improve revenues, reduce costs, or mitigate risk rely on applications that minimize latency on a variety of data sources. In his session at @BigDataExpo, Jack Norris, Senior Vice President, Data and Applications at MapR Technologies, reviewed best practices to ...
Widespread fragmentation is stalling the growth of the IIoT and making it difficult for partners to work together. Large industrial manufacturing organizations are adopting the agile principles of cloud software companies. The industrial manufacturing development process has not scaled over time. Now that design CAD teams are geographically distributed, centralizing their work is key. With large multi-gigabyte projects, outdated tools have stifled industrial team agility, time-to-market milestones, and impacted P&L stakeholders.

Enterprises are adopting Kubernetes to accelerate the development and the delivery of cloud-native applications. However, sharing a Kubernetes cluster between members of the same team can be challenging. And, sharing clusters across multiple teams is even harder. Kubernetes offers several constructs to help implement segmentation and isolation. However, these primitives can be complex to understand and apply. As a result, it’s becoming common for enterprises to end up with several clusters. Thi...
