Three of North Shore Boston's Top Plaintiffs' Litigators Merge to Form Kazarosian Costello & O'Donnell LLP (KCO)

New Law Firm Focuses on Serious Personal Injury, Medical Negligence Workers Compensation, Divorce and Family Law, Discrimination, and Civil Rights

BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwired) -- 01/28/14 -- The New Year has brought together three former presidents of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys for the formation of Kazarosian Costello & O'Donnell LLP (KCO). The new law firm combines the strengths of Kazarosian Law Offices, an acclaimed law firm dedicated to winning cases involving intense litigation such as complex divorce, business litigation, personal injury, discrimination and other violations of personal rights, with successful personal injury lawyers, Walter Costello and Kathleen O'Donnell. Kazarosian Costello & O'Donnell opened its doors on January 1, 2014. The firm's main office is located in Haverhill, Massachusetts with additional offices in Salem and Lowell.

KCO combines the proficiencies of three distinguished plaintiffs' lawyers, while maintaining the flexibility, accessibility and efficiency of a boutique firm. The merger augments the deep litigation experience that these lawyers have offered clients independently throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for more than four decades.

Each of KCO's founding partners has earned the recognition and reputation of a seasoned, expert litigator. Accomplished trial lawyer, Marsha V. Kazarosian, was the managing partner of Kazarosian Law Offices in Haverhill, where she focused on civil litigation, family law and discrimination. She is the President Elect of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has held numerous other leadership positions including having served as President of both the Essex County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

With over 40 years of experience, Walter A. Costello, Jr. is a business and personal injury attorney based in Salem, MA. He is the Past President of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Essex County Bar Association, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America.

For over 30 years, Kathleen O'Donnell has been an advocate for consumers both in and out of the courtroom. Based in Lowell, MA, O'Donnell has held executive and leadership positions with major legal associations in Massachusetts. She is past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Greater Lowell Bar Association.

Serving as the KCO spokesperson, Kazarosian said, "Walter, Kathy and I have known each other for many years, and we have worked on a number of joint projects. In joining forces, each of us had our clients' best interest in mind. We agreed that by combining our collective experience and talents, we create greater capacity for client service, competitive resources and leverage in the marketplace. We look forward to continuing to represent our individual clients and to advocate for their rights collectively."

"There have been a lot of law firm mergers, but what makes this combination of our firms unique is our longstanding friendship and mutual respect for one another," adds Costello, "and we share the same goals in advocating for consumers in and out of the courtroom."

"This is a natural fit for our three well-known and highly respected law practices," O'Donnell notes. "We are each known for a strong commitment to client services. Our overriding goal is to provide a high level of service that builds trust and establishes productive, long-term relationships with our clients."

Kazarosian Costello & O'Donnell LLP focuses on serious personal injury, medical negligence, workers compensation, divorce and family law, elder law, discrimination, civil rights, and business litigation. For more information, visit www.kcolaw.com.
