The much anticipated acquisition of iPoint Television, LLC was completed earlier this month.  iPoint Television, LLC is also known as iPoint TV and iPoint Global Entertainment.  Before the holidays the iPoint Global mobile application launched on the Android Play Store and the Apple brand iTunes App Store.  The unique development of the "iPoint Global" application provides a platform to offer a variety of streaming content to consumers via VOD, PPV and Live Streaming combined with other content providers API codes which will platform their content within the app.

Throughout the month of February, iPoint's "a la' carte" system will begin receiving new content it has presently acquired, consisting of movies, shows, sports and news.  Many content distributors could offer their applications by way of the iPoint Global environment.
