"We have always been known in the market for the speed and ease of use of our data room platform" says EthosData CEO Francisco Lorca. "We decided to build on this by thinking ahead to the next five years. Instead of continuing to evolve our legacy platform, we designed a new platform from the bottom up, benefiting from all the advances in technology and without any of the limitations of legacy systems."

Our objective is to make the virtual data room process secure, fast and simple for all our client and users. The new virtual dataroom platform is faster, more secure and simpler than any other platform in the market. This will enable our users to spend less time in the dataroom and more focusing on their business.  The new virtual data room system is available in twelve languages and comes with real-time, in-person help as well as interactive video support.

EthosData has successfully transitioned all ongoing virtual data room projects to the new platform, to ensure all its clients benefit immediately from the latest technology.

"Since the launch of the new platform in November we have had very positive feedback from both existing clients, as well as future clients who are interested in the fast, friendly technology," says Lorca. "This new development, combined with our relentless drive to offer a superior local service to our clients and our global presence, positions EthosData as a global leader in the virtual data room industry."
