Walter Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, AL -- (Marketwired) -- 01/31/14 -- Walter Energy Inc. (NYSE: WLT) (TSX: WLT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share payable on Mar. 13, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 20, 2014.
