"I have had an extraordinary experience working with Concierge Auctions," stated Feder. "Their marketing and advertising is stunning, and they delivered the same quality of service throughout the launch period that was presented at our initial meeting. The entire staff is professional and works at a very high level, with very calm and polite attitudes."

Concierge Auctions' global marketing campaign generated over 23,250 website visits from all US states (led by California, Texas, New York and Florida) and 102 international countries (led by Canada, the UK, Australia and Germany). Seven bidders participated in the sale.

Designed by the iconic 1970s architects Buff, Smith & Hensman, the four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate has undergone a meticulous and extensive renovation by David Montalba Architects, Santa Monica. The restoration and additions defined the terraced site with wood-clad walls that situate the house as a series of outdoor rooms with an indigenous landscape. Features include a blend of unique stone and Brazilian walnut floor, floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the canyon and ocean views, built-in walnut millwork, a stone-clad interior water feature and a custom aquarium room divider.

"We are thrilled with this successful auction in Malibu. The impeccable design and sought-after location, coupled with the transparency of our auction format, attracted attention from buyers around the world," stated Laura Brady, Managing Director at Concierge Auctions. "We are now excited to remove the reserve from The Oasis, conveying that the seller is fully committed to allowing the bidders to identify the price. Anyone who missed out in Malibu should learn more about the chance to own this impressive estate in the heart of Santa Monica."

Originally offered for $18.75 million, The Oasis will sell without reserve to the highest bidder on February 21st in cooperation with Marcie Hartley and Gary Gold of Hilton & Hyland. The estate includes two complimenting houses harmoniously framing a central pool, spa and courtyard. Designed by renowned, Malibu-based architect Christopher R. Sorensen, The Oasis was recently completed and offers an ideal location — only a five-minute walk to the beach and close proximity to Beverly Hills. The property has a total of 12,500+/-square feet, 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, three steam rooms, a 950-bottle wine cellar, a five-car garage and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide garden views from almost every part of the compound. A 2.5% commission is offered to the buyer's representing broker. For more information visit AuctionSantaMonica.com or call 877.705.9361.
